Commercial Licence

This Commercial Licence applies to songs delivered as part of the JaSONiQ Signature and Business packages. It grants you ("Licensee") commercial rights to use the song, at the level of your chosen package.

Signature, Commercial Licence

Suitable for individual creators, professionals, entrepreneurs and small businesses. JaSONiQ grants Licensee a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the song for the following purposes:

  • Everything included in the Starter Personal Licence (private events, personal sharing, gifting).
  • Commercial use for individuals, creators, entrepreneurs and small businesses.
  • Use on company websites.
  • Use in promotional and marketing materials.
  • Use in branded social media content.
  • YouTube monetisation on the Licensee's own channels.
  • Creator branding and professional promotion.

Transparency: full commercial monetisation rights (advertising campaigns, marketing campaigns, podcasts, streaming platforms, brand videos, in-store playback, events) are reserved for the Business package.

Business, Commercial Licence

Suitable for companies, brands and organisations. JaSONiQ grants Licensee a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the song for the following purposes:

  • Everything included in the Signature Commercial Licence.
  • Full commercial usage rights.
  • Full monetisation rights.
  • Advertising campaigns.
  • Marketing campaigns.
  • Company websites.
  • Podcasts.
  • Streaming platforms.
  • Brand videos.
  • Employee recognition and internal communications.
  • Events and presentations.

Attribution

Credit ("Song by JaSONiQ") is appreciated but not required.

Restrictions (both tiers)

  • No resale, sublicensing, or transfer of the song to third parties.
  • No submission to royalty-collection societies claiming authorship.
  • No use in a way that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise contrary to the Terms.

Exclusivity

This is a non-exclusive licence. Exclusivity or full assignment of copyright can be arranged on request. Contact us via the contact form on JaSONiQ.com.

Ownership

Underlying copyright in the composition, lyrics, and master recording remains with JaSONiQ unless otherwise agreed in writing.
