Refund Policy

JaSONiQ Songs are bespoke, human-crafted works produced specifically for you. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how the EU right of withdrawal applies.

Before the discovery call

If you cancel your order before the discovery call has taken place, you are entitled to a full refund. Simply use the contact form on JaSONiQ.com.

EU right of withdrawal for digital services

Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for digital services. When you place an order, you agree that production may begin during the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that this right of withdrawal ends once the discovery call has taken place and production has commenced. This is a "bespoke, personalised" service exempt from the right of withdrawal under §312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB (German Civil Code).

After the discovery call

Because production is bespoke and begins immediately after the discovery call, refunds are not available once work has started. Signature and Business packages include a revision so the final Song can be fine-tuned.

Quality guarantee

We stand behind our work. If the delivered Song materially fails to reflect the brief agreed on the discovery call, contact us within 14 days and we will work with you to make it right, normally through an additional revision.
