Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JaSONiQ website and the commissioning of personalised songs ("Songs") from JaSONiQ ("we", "us", "our"). JaSONiQ is operated from Germany and serves customers internationally.

1. Acceptance

By placing an order or otherwise using the site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and that you accept these Terms in full.

2. Services

We create bespoke, human-crafted songs based on information you provide, refined through a personal discovery call. Songs are delivered digitally in the audio formats specified in your chosen package.

3. Orders and payment

• All prices are shown in EUR and processed securely via PayPal.
• Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.
• You are responsible for ensuring the story and details you submit are accurate and lawful.

4. Delivery

Typical delivery is 7–14 days from your discovery call, depending on package and complexity. Priority production is included with Signature and Business packages.

5. Revisions

Signature and Business packages include one additional revision. Starter is delivered as a single crafted piece. Complete rewrites fall outside the standard revision.

6. Intellectual property and licensing

You receive a licence to use the Song under the terms of your package. Underlying copyright in the composition, lyrics, and master recording remains with JaSONiQ unless otherwise agreed in writing. See our Licensing, Personal Licence, and Commercial Licence pages for details.

7. Acceptable content

You may not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes any third-party rights. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Consumer rights under mandatory local law are not affected.
