Personal Licence

This Personal Licence applies to songs delivered as part of the JaSONiQ Starter package. It grants you ("Licensee") the following rights.

Grant of rights

JaSONiQ grants you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the song for personal, private, non-commercial purposes, including:

• Private and personal use only.
• Playback at private events (birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, memorials, family gatherings).
• Sharing on your personal, non-monetised social media accounts.
• Gifting to friends and family in a personal capacity.
• Personal keepsake use, playback on personal devices, home audio, or private videos.

What is not permitted

• Commercial use of any kind.
• Business use.
• Advertising.
• Monetisation, including monetised social media, YouTube channels earning revenue, or paid podcasts.
• Resale, sublicensing, or transfer of the song to third parties.
• Submission to royalty-collection societies claiming authorship.
• Use in a manner that is unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise contrary to the Terms.

Need commercial rights?

The Commercial Licence is included with the Signature package (for creators, professionals and small businesses, with YouTube monetisation) and the Business package (full commercial and monetisation rights). You may upgrade at any time, contact us via the contact form on JaSONiQ.com.

Ownership

Underlying copyright in the composition, lyrics, and master recording remains with JaSONiQ unless otherwise agreed in writing.
